DITCH THE STRESS AND THRIVE
Our objective in this six part series is to help you thrive and build a life free of debilitating stress, fatigue and potential job burnout. Together, we will layout a foundation of tools to help you overcome such life obstacles as feeling time poor and generally depleted. We aim to support you into a new experience of thriving, through new awareness and practices of self care, so you are able to enjoy your life and clinical practice more.
Six Sessions Towards New Awareness and Self Care Practices
USA July 12, 2020 - August 16, 2020 Sundays
Los Angeles 4pm to 5pm
Denver 5pm to 6pm
New York 7pm to 8pm
Australia July 13, 2020 - August 17, 2020 Mondays, 9am to 10am AEST
Each Session will Involve:
Science Research on a particular aspect of well being
Discussion Your take on the topic under discussion
Take Away Points Top tips for well being from the literature and from clinical practice by the presenter
Practice Lift mindfulness and meditation (*if you have tried meditation in the past without success, relax! These sessions will make it easy for you).

Session Four - SELF COMPASSION
Session Five - RELEASING OTHER PEOPLES NEGATIVITY
Session Six - WORKPLACE ADAPTATIONS
